Freak in the Sheets
Sorry for the lack up toons, guys.
It’s funny because I was so psyched about getting this site up, then things went ballistic at the office and busy at home and I just did not have the time to work on anything.
Well, that’s not entirely true. I had this sketched up on the second day I started the site… I just didn’t have the time to get it cleaned up and uploaded.
The reason for the fancy-shmancy text windows is because I actually wrote the text on the page but it just looks terrible when scanned in. Luckily, ComicLife on the Mac is actually fun to fool around with and makes such things way easy.
Scribbled on a lined notepad while writing code (oh, yay). Pencil first, then generic blue ink pen. I was going to erase the pencil marks but thought to hell with it.
I liked the concept for the child with the twitchy eyes seeing his mother doing the nasty with his father. I drew the kid several times, and had to force myself to draw more simply. It kept coming out way too detailed.
I’d probably draw him a couple more times if I had the time to get it just right, but this’ll have to do for the time being. Hope ya likes.
Take it easy, freaks.
